Andrei Kulagin was born in Kazakhstan in 1961.
For nearly twenty years of living in the Ukraine, Kiev, today it is a well-known artist, winner of a wide range of creative, landscapes and still lifes, portraits and concise graphics.

His portrait of John Paul II, along with works by Raphael, Titian and Bryullov is in the Vatican Library Gallery.

Commitment to the school of realism, the artist does not stop experimenting with form and color in new genres, as a result of these experiments was a solo exhibition at the Contemporary Arts Center in Paris.

Today the paintings are in private collections and galleries in Austria, Australia, Great Britain, Vatican, Germany, Italy, Libya, Netherlands, Poland, USA, Slovakia, France, Russia
